While we call it "Day-of," this service actually begins 4–6 weeks prior to your wedding date. Whether you are getting married at a resort in Panama City Beach, a venue on 30A, or a beach house in Cape San Blas, we step in to bridge the gap between your planning and the big day, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

What’s Included:

  • The "Handover" Meeting: We will reach out 4–6 weeks prior to the wedding to review your plans, vendor contracts, seating charts, and vision. From this point on, we serve as the point of contact for your vendors.

  • Timeline Review & Polish: You provide the schedule, and we ensure it flows. We review the timeline you have created to identify any logistical gaps, polish the details, and distribute the final version to your vendors.

  • Vendor Confirmation: We confirm final details and arrival times with all your vendors, so you aren't fielding phone calls the week of your wedding.

  • Rehearsal Coordination: A full hour of direction the day before to ensure a smooth processional.

  • Day-of On-Site Management: Your coordinator will be on-site for up to 8 hours on your wedding day.

Once we confirm availability, we will send you a digital service agreement. To officially reserve your date, simply sign the agreement and submit your non-refundable booking fee.

3. Payment Plans

We offer flexible payment structures based on the total investment of your wedding package.
