Pre-Wedding Strategy Session: A complimentary consultation 1–2 weeks prior to your date to finalize your vision and walk through the logistics.

Rehearsal Direction: Up to one hour of professional coordination for your rehearsal to ensure your bridal party knows exactly when to walk and where to stand.

Day-of Ceremony Management: Two hours of on-site support on your wedding day.
How It Works
Your coordinator typically arrives one hour before the ceremony begins. During this time, we handle the "behind-the-scenes" details so you don't have to:

2. Secure Your Date
Once we confirm availability, we will send you a digital service agreement. To officially reserve your date, simply sign the agreement and submit your non-refundable booking fee.
3. Payment Plans
We offer flexible payment structures based on the total investment of your wedding package.
