Delivery & Setup Options: We make renting easy for every budget. Choose the level of service that suits you:

1. Warehouse Pickup (Free): Pick up from our Lynn Haven warehouse (Mon & Fri, 10am–2pm). Requires a truck/trailer and 2 capable people to load/setup.

2. Curbside Delivery: We drop off and pick up the components at your location (curbside/driveway only). Note: You are responsible for moving the items to the ceremony spot and setting them up. Requires 2 capable people due to height and weight.

3. Full Service Setup (Recommended): Due to the massive 12ft height of this arbor, we highly recommend this option. We deliver, assemble, secure, and break down your arbor so you don't have to lift a finger.

(Note: Prices listed are for the rental item only. Drapery, flowers, and delivery are add-ons. As this is a specialty item, please confirm availability before booking.)

RENTAL TERMS

This is a rental item, available in the Panama City and surrounding areas. Most rentals may be used for up to 48 hours without an additional charge. Be sure to confirm availability prior to renting your items. Paying for rentals online, without confirming availability, will be subject to a 15% penalty upon refund. Additional fees may apply for tablecloth and dinnerware rentals. Items may not be left on the beach or outside overnight.
