This tier introduces our "Specialty Stations," allowing you to treat your guests to a hydration station, shoe valet, or other welcome amenities. Combined with our weather-resistant, high-end faux florals (with options to add fresh bouquets), your ceremony will look flawless regardless of the forecast.

  • Expanded Styling: Up to two arbor drapes (custom colors), larger faux floral accents, and decorative touches at the arbor base.

How to Reserve Your Date

We limit the number of weddings we take per day to ensure every couple receives our full attention and premium service. Because our calendar fills up quickly—especially for peak beach wedding seasons in Panama City Beach and 30A—we recommend starting the process early.

1. Request Availability Before selecting your package, please contact us to confirm availability for your desired date and location. We cannot hold dates without a reservation.

2. Secure Your Spot Once your date is confirmed, we require a non-refundable booking fee to officially reserve our services. To make planning easier on your budget, we split the total cost into three equal payments:

  • Payment 1 (Booking Fee): 1/3 of the total, due at the time of reservation (Non-Refundable).

  • Payment 2: 1/3 of the total, due 60 days prior to your event.

  • Payment 3: The final balance, due 30 days prior to your event.

Important Note: Prices listed are valid for events within Bay County. Weddings in Walton (30A), Gulf (Port St. Joe), Holmes, and Washington Counties may incur a travel fee. Beach ceremony permits are not included in the package price; however, we can secure the necessary permits for your date for an additional coordination fee.
