Elevate your event’s atmosphere with our versatile cocktail table rentals. Known as Highboys or Lowboys, these tables are a must-have for cocktail hours, wedding receptions, and corporate networking events across 30A, Panama City Beach, and Cape San Blas.

Our cocktail tables feature two height options, allowing you to utilize a standing "Pub Height" for mingling or a standard "Seated Height" for intimate bistro-style seating.

One Table, Two Height Options

• Highboy Setting (42" Tall): The perfect "standing" height for cocktail hour, placed around the dance floor, or used as a pub table for guests to rest drinks and small plates.

• Lowboy Setting (30" Tall): Converts into a standard height bistro table. Ideal for cake displays, guest book stations, or "sweetheart" ceremony seating.

• Space-Saving Design: With a 30" diameter, these tables fit perfectly in tight beachfront balconies or crowded indoor venues without blocking guest flow.

Styling & Linen Guide

• For a Sleek Highboy Look: Use a 120" Round linen for a floor-length drop, or a 132" Round linen if you plan to use a tie-back or "sash" for that classic cinched-waist look.

• For a Lowboy/Bistro Look: Use a 90" Round linen for a clean, formal drop to the floor.

Delivery, Setup, & Pickup Options

We offer flexible logistics for events throughout Bay and Gulf Counties, including Panama City Beach, 30A, and Cape San Blas. Please note that delivery and setup services are in addition to the rental price and are calculated based on the total order size.

• Free Warehouse Pickup & Return:

  • Our warehouse is located in Lynn Haven.

  • Open for pickups and returns on Fridays and Mondays between 10 AM and 2 PM.

• Curbside Delivery Service:

  • Available daily with delivery windows from 9 AM until noon.

  • Items are delivered and unloaded curbside.

• Full-Service Delivery with Setup:

  • We deliver and professionally set up all rental items at your specified date and time.

RENTAL TERMS

This is a rental item, available in the Panama City and surrounding areas. Most rentals may be used for up to 48 hours without an additional charge. Be sure to confirm availability prior to renting your items. Paying for rentals online, without confirming availability, will be subject to a 15% penalty upon refund. Additional fees may apply for tablecloth and dinnerware rentals. Items may not be left on the beach or outside overnight.
