Our team of experienced wedding professionals can help with our most popular full service destination beach wedding package! The decor is even customized to your specific styles and colors! A completely custom wedding, without the stress!
The Celebration On The Beach all inclusive package includes:
- 4 hour wedding ceremony & formal reception on the beach
- Wedding planner & Day-of Coordinator
- Officiant and customized ceremony.
- 4 hours photography with online gallery and print release *You may add extra hours if wanted
- Ceremony & Reception DJ (up to 4 hours)
- Grazing table for appetizers
- Buffet style catering for dinner with hospitality services (1 entrée, 2 sides, bread & salad)
- Non-alcoholic beverage station
- Gourmet wedding cake
- Bridal bouquet and boutonniere
- Event designer with customized standard beach decor
- Signature arbor with customized faux florals & drapes
- Ceremony seating, aisle markers, accent tables, signage
- Shoe station
- Food & beverage stations with decor
- Cake/dessert table with decor, cake topper, & cutting set
- Welcome table with decor & signs
- Formal guest dining tables with seating, linens, customized centerpieces & charger plates & linen napkins
- Sweetheart table & accent decor with specialty seating
- Selfie station or sweetheart table backdrop

Pricing is based on the number of guests. You may add up to 6 additional guests at $95 per guest, before bumping to the next price level. Some areas may require permits. Permits are not included in the package price.
This service is ideal at a beach house rental or we can suggest a beach location!
SERVICE TERMS
This service is available in Bay County, Florida and surrounding coastal counties. Select the county of your event location below to see pricing for that area. We highly recommend you reach out to us to confirm availability before booking.
Booking fees are non-refundable and are typically one fourth (1/4) of your event total with the second payment due 90-day prior, the third payment due 60-days prior and the final payment due 30-days prior to your event.
Special Event Permits are not included in the listed prices and must be obtained by the client if required. Our planners can help guide you through this process if needed!
