This is our most comprehensive all-inclusive service, designed to handle every logistic of your ceremony from rehearsal to recession. Whether you are planning a large celebration on the coast of 30A or a destination wedding ceremony in Panama City Beach, this package ensures flawless execution.

The unique advantage of The Perfect Day is flexibility. You receive our premium suite of vendors—including a Ceremony Coordinator, DJ, Officiant, and Photographer—while retaining the freedom to select the specific decor level (Minimalist, Standard, or Luxe) that fits your vision and budget.

What’s Included in The Service Suite:

• Professional Ceremony Coordinator:

  • Rehearsal: We organize and direct your wedding rehearsal the day prior to ensure everyone knows their role.

  • Day-of Management: Up to 2 hours of on-site management. Your coordinator will greet guests, manage all vendors, cue the music, and line up the bridal party for a seamless and stress-free processional.

• Ceremony DJ Service:

  • Atmosphere: Service begins 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony to set the mood as guests arrive.

  • The Soundtrack: We play your selected processional and recessional songs, followed by background ambiance during post-ceremony photos.

  • Note: This is a single-setup service for the ceremony location only; equipment does not move to a secondary reception or cocktail hour site.

• Personalized Officiant: A licensed professional to craft and perform a personalized ceremony tailored to your love story.

• Professional Photography: One hour of coverage with your choice of our professional wedding photographers, including an online gallery and print release.

• Sand Shaping Service: (For beach locations) Debris removal and aisle smoothing.

How to Reserve Your Date

We limit the number of weddings we take per day to ensure every couple receives our full attention and premium service. Because our calendar fills up quickly—especially for peak beach wedding seasons in Panama City Beach and 30A—we recommend starting the process early.

1. Request Availability Before selecting your package, please contact us to confirm availability for your desired date and location. We cannot hold dates without a reservation.

2. Secure Your Spot Once your date is confirmed, we require a non-refundable booking fee to officially reserve our services. To make planning easier on your budget, we split the total cost into three equal payments:

• Payment 1 (Booking Fee): 1/3 of the total, due at the time of reservation (Non-Refundable).

• Payment 2: 1/3 of the total, due 60 days prior to your event.

• Payment 3: The final balance, due 30 days prior to your event.

Important Note: Prices listed are valid for events within Bay County. Weddings in Walton (30A), Gulf (Port St. Joe), Holmes, and Washington Counties may incur a travel fee. Beach ceremony permits are not included in the package price; however, we can secure the necessary permits for your date for an additional coordination fee.
