Our Casual Beach Wedding & Reception service is the perfect destination beach wedding for those wanting a little more than a beach ceremony and all the memorable moments of a reception. This is a 4 hour, casual but full service celebration to include your perfect ceremony with beach reception celebration after for you and your guests. This is the perfect option for a beach house wedding, but we can suggest locations if you do not have one! This unforgettable beach wedding includes:

  • Wedding planner & day-of coordinator
  • Officiant with a personalized ceremony
  • 3 hours photography services with an online gallery, print release, and your choice of our photographers
  • Gourmet wedding cutting cake with cupcakes and your choice of traditional flavor options
  • Pizza Bar, Supreme Taco Bar OR 5 hors d'oeuvres for dinner service
  • Non Alcoholic beverage bar
  • Ceremony DJ with bluetooth reception speaker for your playlist (extend the DJ service through the reception for $600)
  • Beach bonfire *location restrictions apply

    • Your choice of any arbor, high-end faux floral accents, ceremony seating, signs, accent tables, welcome sign & aisle markers
    • Shoe station

All decorations are customized to your colors and style choices. Full setup and teardown is included as well. You just show up and make memories!

Pricing is dependent on the number of guests that attend and is based on tiers of 25 guests at a time. Your final guest count is due 30 days before the wedding date. Select the number of guests you anticipate below to see the price for each tier. A 7% sales tax will be added to the price shown, however gratuity is not included in the pricing. Tipping is at your discretion.

1/4 due at booking
1/4 due 90-days prior
1/4 due 60-days prior
1/4 due 30-days prior

Booking fees are non-refundable and are typically one third (1/3) of your event total with the second third due 60-days prior and the final payment due 30-days prior to your event.

Special Event Permits are not included in the listed prices and must be obtained by the client if required. Our planners can help guide you through this process if needed!
