As a mobile wedding bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service to clients and their guests at wedding events. You will work on location at various wedding venues, and sometimes on the beach, providing a memorable and enjoyable bar experience for wedding parties and their guests.

Key Responsibilities

Setup and organize the bar area at wedding venues, ensuring a clean and inviting presentation that aligns with the wedding theme and atmosphere. Décor and bar items will be provided.
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks, according to the specific preferences of the wedding party and their guests, or the predetermined bar menu.
Engage with clients and guests in a friendly, professional manner, taking and fulfilling beverage orders promptly and accurately.
Adhere to all relevant alcohol service laws and regulations, including checking identification and ensuring responsible alcohol consumption.
Monitor and manage bar inventory, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining supplies to ensure a seamless and efficient service throughout the event.
Communicate effectively with the event staff and promptly address any issues or concerns related to bar service and guest satisfaction.
Travel to various wedding ceremony locations throughout Bay County and the surrounding area and arrive promptly at the expected time.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a bartender, particularly in a mobile or event setting, is highly desirable.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the schedule of wedding events.
Excellent knowledge of mixing and serving a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer, with a focus on quality and presentation.
Strong customer service skills, including the ability to engage with clients and guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
Familiarity with relevant alcohol service laws and regulations, including responsible beverage service and age verification.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet changing event needs.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient bar operation according to the timeline and guest service.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with event staff, clients, and guests in a positive and professional manner.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift and carry supplies, and work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Job Details

Type: Contract, 1099

Pay: $150 for up to 4 hours, plus tips and travel outside of Bay County

Pay Period: 1st & 15th of each month for events worked
