- Provide exceptional customer service to event guests by greeting them with a warm and welcome demeanor.
- Set up and prepare dining areas and buffets according to the event plan, seating arrangements, and state safety guidelines.
- Serve and restock food and beverages to guests in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring all dietary restrictions and preferences are accommodated.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the dining area, bar, and service stations.
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, responding promptly to requests and inquiries.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to the guests.
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations, including checking identification and monitoring guest alcohol consumption.
- Assist with post-event clean-up and breakdown of the dining area and service stations.
- Work closely with the event coordinator and other staff members to ensure a smooth and successful execution of the event.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks, according to the specific preferences of the wedding party and their guests, or the predetermined bar menu.
- Travel to various wedding ceremony locations throughout Bay County and the surrounding area and arrive promptly at the expected time.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the schedule of wedding events.
- Strong customer service skills, including the ability to engage with clients and guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet changing event needs.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient bar operation according to the timeline and guest service.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with event staff, clients, and guests in a positive and professional manner.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift and carry supplies, and work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Type: Contract, 1099
Pay: Pay is per event but is approx. $25 per hour plus tips & travel for events outside of Bay County.
Pay Period: 1st & 15th of each month for events worked
