Event Center Clean Up & Lock Up Instructions

Venue Cleaning Instructions

  • Ensure all décor is returned to where is was upon arrival.
  • Sweep up all messes and mop if necessary.
  • Tidy bathroom and empty trash.
  • Take trash out to dumpster in back.
  • Empty fridge and counters of all food.
  • Anything left behind is subject to disposal or being property of The Wedding Shop.
  • Turn both thermostats to 76 degrees.
     Lock-up Procedures
    1. Lock front door by turning the knob.
    2. Turn light switches 1 and 3 by the refrigerator off.
    3. Exit via the back door and ensure the door locks behind you.
    4. Use keypad to input your code to set the alarm.
