Booking Fees & Payment Schedules

We are so excited to be able to be a part of your special day! To secure your reservation and confirm your date, please complete our Terms & Conditions Agreement and submit your booking fee. Please note, that by submitting your booking fee, you are also agreeing to the terms & conditions found on our website. All booking fees are non-refundable and are applied to the total balance of your reservation.  More detailed information can be found on the terms & conditions agreement.

How much is my Booking Fee?

Your booking fee is based on the total of your reserved order. This is designed to help couples with managing their budget. Select your booking fee and payment schedule based on your order total below.

Orders totaling $250 or LESS

Total due in full upon booking

    Orders LESS THAN $1000

    $250 due upon booking
    Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to event
    Orders containing custom builds or items such as flowers or banners, may require final payment 30 days prior to the event. This will be notated on your event order is it applies to your order.

      Orders OVER $1,000

      One third (33.4%) of order total due upon booking
      Second third due 60 days prior to event
      Final balance due 30 days prior to event
      If booking less than 60 days prior to event, the second and third payment can be combined into the final 30-day payment.

       

      Orders OVER $6,000

      1/4th (25%) of order total due upon booking
      Customized payment schedule of 4 total payments
      Final balance due 30 days prior to event
