The Wedding Shop, a leading full-service wedding planning company specializing in breathtaking destination beach weddings in Panama City Beach, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. We orchestrate dream weddings, handling everything from décor to vendor coordination. Our high-volume, fast-paced environment requires exception individuals who thrive under pressure and possess a genuine passion for creating unforgettable experiences.

Key Requirements (non-negotiable):

  • Exceptional communication Skills: Impeccable written and verbal communication is paramount. You will be the voice and face of our company, interacting with clients and vendors daily.
  • Extreme Attention to Detail: Flawless accuracy is essential in managing complex wedding details. one missed detail can impact a couple's special day.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word), Google Suite, Canva, and Dropbox.
  • Positive, Proactive Attitude: A can-do spirit and eagerness to learn are crucial for success in our dynamic environment.
  • Ability to Quickly Master New Tasks: We need someone who can hit the ground running and adapt to our fast-paced workflow.
  • Comfortable and Accepting of All Couples: We celebrate love in all its forms and serve clients from diverse backgrounds and lifestyles. 

Bonus Skills (Not require, but a plus):

  • Graphic design experience
  • Experience with Cricut vinyl cutting
  • Social media experience (Facebook, Instagram, & TikTok)

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and responding to client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Managing client communication and scheduling appointments.
  • Assisting with vendor coordination and communication.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed spreadsheets and documents.
  • Supporting the team with various administrative and creative tasks.

Position Details:

     Type: W-2, full time

     Pay: $20 for the right candidate during training (2-4 weeks), with raise once you are able to answer phones and help clients unassisted.

     Pay Period: 1st & 15th of each month via direct deposit

     Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
