Basic Vow Exchange (Courthouse Wedding)

The Bay County Courthouse no longer performs wedding ceremonies. However, you can still have a courthouse wedding, you just need to bring your own officiant. This option is the perfect solution for an intimate exchange or if you just want a stress free elopement.

We can perform this service at the Bay County Courthouse, in our office, or at A.L. Kinsaul Park, next to the water. We have seating available for up to 6 guests at our indoor, office location.

Here's how it works...

1. Get your marriage license from any Florida courthouse

2. Call us to schedule a time to meet at the Bay County Courthouse or an alternate location for your basic vow exchange, 850-441-3788.

3. Your officiant will file the license for you with the appropriate courthouse. Your official copies will be received by mail a few weeks after the ceremony.
