We have several different options for your wedding ceremony to make sure your day is perfect for you and your budget!
Basic Vow Exchange
The Bay County Courthouse no longer performs wedding ceremonies. However, you can still have a courthouse wedding, you just need to bring your own officiant. This option is the perfect solution for an intimate exchange or if you just want a stress free elopement. Same day weddings available. Here's how it works...
1. Get your marriage license from any Florida courthouse
2. Call us to schedule a time to meet at the Bay County Courthouse or a location close to our on-call officiant for your basic vow exchange, 850-441-3788.
3. Your officiant will file the license for you with the appropriate courthouse. Your official copies will be received by mail.
Congratulations! You're married!
Intimate Ceremony Service
This is perfect for couples wanting a simple, but sweet, ceremony. Whether in front of a large gathering of loved ones, a destination beach wedding, or a backyard celebration, this option includes your officiant and choice of six (6) simple ceremonies. You can even recite your own vows to make this ceremony option feel more personalized!

Personalized Ceremony Service
This is our most popular officiant service and is perfect for couples who want a customized ceremony. This ceremony option gives you the freedom to really create something special! First, access to our large library of wedding ceremonies. and choose your favorite base ceremony. Then, use the step by step guide to make changes to reflect your own love story. This is also a great choice is you want to add a unity ceremony, parental honoring, or children's recognition to your wedding ceremony.
